The O'Quinn team was an absolute pleasure to work with. Friendly and accommodating, they answered every questioned promptly. Once they gathered what we were looking for, they not only were able to quickly book showings but also actively searched for houses they knew we would want but did not find on MLS. One of those houses ended up being our purchase! They were not after a quick sell, and took the time needed to research possible problems on properties as well as resale values for the future. We are a military family being posted to Trenton. Relocating to a new Province and buying a house is generally stressful, but doing that during a pandemic, with movement restrictions at both locations is a whole other story! Lorraine and Brandon O'Quinn helped us purchase a house remotely. They were our eyes and ears on the ground. They were flexible using technology to allow us to do virtual viewings, they showed us neighbourhoods and provided us with first impressions on homes, showed us areas, services, etc.

It wasn't easy, we made plenty of offers and lost out. But Brandon and Lorraine never gave up. We really appreciated their honesty, understanding and adaptability. We also appreciated the kind words of encouragement they gave us when it felt like we'd never find something in our price range. They worked tirelessly for us, answering all of our questions and calming all of our fears. I highly recommend this dynamic and friendly duo. I will miss working with them.
